I got into digital marketing because I liked figuring out how things worked. I started at the bottom — link building, on-page SEO, learning the fundamentals through repetition. But what kept me here wasn't the tactics. It was the moment a client's phone started ringing and they couldn't explain why until we walked them through the data together. Since 2017, I've worked exclusively with US-based service businesses — HVAC companies, roofers, plumbers, inspectors, cleaning companies. Do you work with companies that already have an agency?

Yes, and it's actually pretty common. Sometimes I work alongside an existing agency to add a revenue layer they're not focused on. Sometimes the audit reveals that the agency is doing fine — and the problem is somewhere else entirely. I have no stake in replacing anyone. I just follow the data.
